Is meditation always about sitting, I find I do not have the patience to sit and close my eyes and watch my thoughts, there is always a million things that run through my mind about what I have to do, I usually find myself making a mental list of things, so I do not forget, so I am not really meditating, have any suggestions?

Meditation is a state of being in the present moment, you can do many things to bring you into a meditative state. In the beginning you may want to try the Qi Gong Practice, Chakra Sounds Meditation, however once you learn more the knack of being in a meditative state you can use playing music, doing art, cooking, being creative, even jogging, or playing golf can be a meditation.
