Yes, it is good to share with your family how important it is for you to have some time for yourself, and then set a specific amount of time aside each day, or every second day, at the same time, so everyone knows this is your time. Then talk amongst all of you what will be needed in the way of others chipping in to help out with household chores, taking care of others if needed while you have quiet time to study. This is a good practice for all involved not only for this particular training but for many other ways we need to support each other in our families, whether it is you or someone else. Everyone learns the value of helping out and taking care of each other.
