You can go for a walk, or take a shower, this helps to clear the physical body and mental plane. Being present to what is around you while walking allows the mind to become quiet, and moving the body helps to move the stuck or stagnant energy through you and relax the body. Water is a great psychic cleanser and helps get rid of energies from those around us and our environment we have picked up. Then once you feel you have cleared the energy from the day, you can choose to do meditations such as sitting meditations, watching the breath, chakra sounds, or dance meditation, you can add a simply sitting meditation after the dancing. These techniques will help you to come into the present moment.
