I have been trying hard to sit and meditate, but it is not easy for me to quiet my thoughts, any key points on how to do this?
Focusing on the breath will help, watching the inhalation and the exhalation, taking the breath into your belly area. At the same time being aware of your body; jaw relaxed, shoulders relaxed, solar plexus relaxed, breathing gently and easily without effort. Use the Watching The Breath Meditation in the manual or audio track.
